Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our operational optimization process, methodology, and what you can expect when working with us.

How long does the mapping process take?

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on operation complexity. We observe actual workflows during normal business operations to capture real conditions, not ideal scenarios. More complex operations with multiple departments or locations may require additional time.

What size operations do you work with?

We specialize in small and medium enterprises with 10-200 employees. Operations large enough to have complex processes, but small enough to implement changes quickly. Our methodology works particularly well for businesses at this scale in Argentina.

Do we need to buy new software or equipment?

No. We optimize your existing operation first. Improvements come from better workflow design, clearer task allocation, and eliminating redundancies — not technology purchases. If technology would help later, we'll identify that, but it's never the starting point.

What metrics do you provide?

Concrete measurements like hours recovered per week, number of process steps eliminated, reduction in response time, decrease in task duplication. Specific numbers you can verify. We establish baseline measurements during mapping, then track improvements after implementation.

Will this disrupt our daily operations?

Minimal disruption. We observe during normal operations. Implementation happens in phases, allowing you to maintain service while improvements are introduced gradually. We work with your schedule and operational constraints.

What industries do you serve?

Industrial manufacturing, commercial distribution, retail operations, and service businesses with physical workflows. Any operation where materials or products move through defined processes. Our methodology adapts to different industries while maintaining the same systematic approach.

What happens during the initial assessment?

We meet with key team members to understand your operation, current challenges, and goals. We tour your facility, observe basic workflows, and identify areas requiring detailed analysis. This typically takes 2-3 hours and helps us scope the full engagement.

How do you identify bottlenecks?

Through direct observation and time measurement. We follow materials and products through your process, timing each step and noting where delays occur. We interview staff to understand why delays happen. This reveals bottlenecks that may not be visible from management level.

Do you provide ongoing support after implementation?

Yes. Implementation support continues until improvements are functioning smoothly. We can also provide periodic reviews to ensure efficiency gains are maintained and identify new optimization opportunities as your operation evolves.

What documentation do we receive?

Complete process maps showing every step in your operation, bottleneck analysis with measured impacts, prioritized improvement recommendations with implementation steps, and performance metrics framework for tracking results over time.

How do you handle confidential information?

All client information remains confidential. We sign non-disclosure agreements before beginning work. Process maps and analysis documents are your property. We never share specific operational details or client names without explicit permission.

What if we can't implement all recommendations?

Recommendations are prioritized by impact and ease of implementation. You can choose which improvements to implement based on your resources and priorities. Even partial implementation typically produces measurable efficiency gains. We help you select the changes that deliver the most value for your situation.
